Apartment versus Condominium (Condo)?
Which would you choose & what is the difference?

A condominium is building structure which is divided into several units and are each separately owned.

While both of them offer wide range of amenities, the huge difference is the OWNERSHIP!
Condos (condominiums) just like single-family homes are managed by homeowner’s association (HOA) – an organization in a subdivision, planned community, or condominium that makes and enforces rules for the properties and its residents.

Condos consist of each individual unit having a SEPARATE OWNER which could be YOU.

An apartment is a private residence in a building; usually a few rooms that you rent in a building. They are groups of buildings owned by a corporation/owner of all the units which makes you a RENTER unless you own the entire Apartment complex.
